This program is designed to help you maintain long-term brain health and lower your risk of age-related dementia through nutrition. You will learn about your changing nutritional needs as you age. Your registered dietitian will help you identify neuroprotective foods and nutrients, discover eating patterns linked to lower dementia rates, and find ways to meet your nutritional needs even as your appetite and tastes change. Stay sharp and healthy and gain a deeper understanding of how to eat to enhance your brain health.
This comprehensive package includes an initial hour-long consultation followed by three half-hour follow-ups, totaling 2.5 hours. The focus is on maintaining brain health and preventing dementia.
During each session, we will cover a wide variety of topics customized to your brain health and nutrition journey.
- Neuroprotective foods, antioxidants, omega-3 fats, and the MIND diet: Learn about foods that protect brain health and reduce dementia risk.
- Sleep hygiene: Discover techniques to improve sleep quality and overall brain function.
