Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Cleveland Clinic Canada purchase, you may return it for any reason, except as explained below. Refunds will only be granted within 30 days and for services and products that are unused.  An original sales receipt or proof of purchase dated within 30 days is required for all returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that Cleveland Clinic Canada reserves the right to refund a service if a patient doesn’t meet the criteria necessary for care.

Refund Process
Once your refund request has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
