Our Express Care® Online service allows you or your loved ones to get a diagnosis and prescription virtually, from the comfort of your own home, cottage, or office. Whether you have a sore throat, common cold, or another non-emergency medical concern, you can receive care using your smartphone, tablet, or computer. It’s never been easier for you to get a diagnosis and prescription. Our clinicians are available to see patients virtually, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Canada, except Quebec.
